Managing Partner & Lead Coach
Emmanuel is a leadership advisor and Board Certified Coach specializing in leadership and organizational development. He is an adjunct professor at East-West University teaching business fundamentals to future entrepreneurs and leaders. His coaching and advisory clients have included organizations, entrepreneurs, and leaders across nonprofit, tech, health, and arts industries. As founder of Fre Thought Business Coaching, LLC, Emmanuel works with companies and leaders to create positive personal and professional change and growth. His PhD is in Business Psychology (Consulting Track) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He is a volunteer advisor with Lawyers for the Creative Arts and a member of the Society of Consulting Psychology.
Managing Partner
Angela Goode brings 20+ years of experience in nonprofit and managed care program management to CR&IG's coaching practice. Her background spans health equity systems, federal grant management, and quality improvement work across state and community-level initiatives — including serving as Executive Director of the Marion County Minority Health Coalition, where she grew annual funding significantly and secured substantial grant revenue. She brings a systems-thinking lens to leadership and organizational work, with additional training as a certified health coach through the Vanderbilt University Health Coaching program.

Crista is a life coach with a passion for helping others live aligned to their values, beliefs, and purpose. She holds a Master's degree in I/O Psychology from The Chicago School and is a certified transpersonal life coach. As a mother, spouse, professional, and entrepreneur, Crista brings direct experience balancing life and success. She works with emerging and existing leaders, guiding them as they navigate between their personal and professional lives.
